Drawing on category experience, Bluprintx designed a connected approach using Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud), Blackthorn Events and Payments, and Agentforce Marketing (formerly Marketing Cloud) integrated to create a seamless and personalized experience for fans from ticket purchase to event attendance and beyond.
