The Commons is a growing ecosystem of entrepreneurs, businesses, and curious minds, offering unique shared workspaces in Melbourne and Sydney—and expanding rapidly across the APAC region. To maintain this growth without losing its community feel or exceptional customer experience, the business needed a scalable, connected platform that could unify its operations and deliver consistency for every member. 

Bluprintx partnered with The Commons to simplify a fragmented tech environment, consolidating more than 20 disconnected systems into a single ecosystem. The goal was clear: ensure every member enjoyed a consistent, personalized experience, from onboarding to office upgrades, while reducing manual processes for staff.

To support The Commons’ growth ambitions, Bluprintx designed and delivered a custom Salesforce architecture centered on the Salesforce ecosystem: 

  • Unified Member Management: Deployment of Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) to manage the full member lifecycle—from inquiry to contract renewal—within a single system. 
  • Automated Marketing: Integration of Agentforce Marketing (formerly Marketing Account Engagement / Pardot) to connect marketing and operations, enabling data-driven member engagement. 
  • Custom Experience Layer: Development of a Floorplan Lightning Web Component (LWC) providing real-time visualization of desk and office availability. Users can see live floor plans, make changes, and trigger automated workflows with just a few clicks. 
  • Integrated Financial Processes: A custom multi-org Xero integration synchronized billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, removing manual reconciliation steps. 
  • Digital Contracting: Integration of Formstack for data capture and automated contract generation, creating a fully digital onboarding experience.
