Greetings all!
I sit down to write this brimming with pride and achievement after the most impactful year in Bluprintx history. A year that marked not only the 10-year anniversary of the Bluprintx Group, but the most significant period of expansion of that decade.
I have seen our customer offering evolve and improve with each of this year’s major milestones. We end the year better able to meet your needs, at pace, across the breadth of our multi-practice methodology.
The Bluprintx Group welcomed the acquisitions of Definitive Results and ITG Commerce this year. Two strategic developments that enhance our global footprint and elevate value for customers, not least in North America where we’re now brimming with Marketing Automation acumen. In acquiring ITG Commerce, we introduced our brand-new Commerce practice to help growing firms improve revenue in B2B and B2C markets.
We’re set up for your success on Adobe Commerce projects as our Adobe partnership grows ever stronger. We’re here to add value, set the pace on complex projects, and fill in the gaps with operational and strategic skillsets. But Commerce wasn’t the only practice incorporated this year…
Hiring our first Global Director of Data & Analytics, Robert Mol, gave us the foundation to launch a new Data & Analytics practice. Integrating our wider expertise, we’re perfectly positioned to accelerate growth transformations by providing businesses with a consistent stream of actionable insights.
Of course, these acquisitions have brought us a whole host of new Bluprintx colleagues. You’re now working with a Bluprintx Group of more than 140 team members across the globe, delivering timezone-friendly support and local market knowledge. A special welcome to Mark Humphries (Chair), Julie Redfern (Chief Financial Officer), Carly Schrager (Head of Marketing Automation Engagements) and Steven Stark (CEO, ITG Commerce) who have all fit right in to our growth-obsessed team.
I’m immensely proud of our work getting customers AI ready. We’re putting the building blocks in place for our clients to see sustainable, long-term gains from AI in ways that serve their unique strategies and objectives. And from those foundations, employing AI where it can most make an impact – preserving at every point the essential role of human innovation and creativity.
If you’ll indulge me, I am sure you have all heard the quote so wonderfully delivered by Jeff Goldblum: “Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should” (and if not, I strongly suggest you find time to watch Jurassic Park this festive period). I believe we should keep this in mind with regard to artificial intelligence.
The ethics of AI is one of the next great frontiers we are only just beginning to tackle. We must be responsible in preserving and uplifting humanity in our pursuit of growth, applying AI only where we can harness its massive potential for good.
Thus, in a world where growth is paramount and ambitious firms will take any edge they can get, I promise you this: Bluprintx will strive for innovation and integrity in equal measure.
At the meeting point of those two pillars we will find radical, sustainable growth that we can be proud of. Growth for our customers, growth for our people, and growth for Bluprintx.
With that, I’ll leave you to enjoy this festive season and wish you a prosperous 2025! Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hannukah, or simply embracing the holiday spirit, may it be filled with joy and light. We’ll see you soon!
Lee Hackett, Bluprintx Group CEO.
