Sound familiar?

Your systems are connected on paper but broken in practice

Data syncs fail silently, fields don't map, and your ops team spends hours every week troubleshooting connections that should just work. The integration layer was built piecemeal over years, and nobody fully understands how it holds together.

Every new platform or feature request turns into a six-month engineering project

The business wants to add a customer portal, connect a new data source, or launch in a new market. Your engineering team scopes it at six months alongside a queue of other priorities. What the business needs and what technology can deliver keeps widening.

You're still running critical workloads on legacy infrastructure

Some of your most important systems are on-prem or on aging cloud architecture that's expensive and can't scale. The migration project has been on the backlog for years. Meanwhile, maintenance costs continue to climb, and flexibility shrinks.

Here's how we fix it

1

Architecture & advisory

We assess your current infrastructure, integration landscape, and technical debt. We work alongside your teams to map every connection between your front-office platforms (CRM, marketing automation, commerce, service, DAM, analytics, ERP) and identify break points and where complexity is costing you speed and money. Then we design the target architecture: cloud strategy, integration framework, and a prioritized roadmap that sequences work by business impact and technical risk.

2

Delivery transformation

We build. We start with a use case and a strong business case. These projects range from cloud migrations (on-premise to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, hybrid), custom application development, API design and integration builds, middleware implementation, data pipeline engineering, and the connective layer between your Salesforce, Adobe, and broader technology ecosystem. We also build bespoke apps and portals when off-the-shelf platforms don't fit. The goal is always to add value without adding unnecessary tools.

3

Operate & innovate

We provide managed infrastructure services. 24/7 monitoring, performance optimization, security management, and ongoing integration support. As your business evolves and new platforms, channels, or capabilities get added, we extend and adapt the architecture.

Is this right for you?

This is for you if:

Your front-office platforms are technically integrated but operationally unreliable.

You need to migrate from on-premise or legacy cloud infrastructure and want to reduce risk during the transition

Your business is adding new platforms, channels, or capabilities faster than your engineering team can connect them

You need custom applications, portals, or middleware that doesn't exist off the shelf

You want a managed services partner to run your cloud infrastructure and integrations so your internal team can focus on higher-value work

This might not be the right fit if:

You need core product engineering for a SaaS application, our focus is front-office infrastructure and the integration layer between business platforms

Your primary need is network or endpoint security consulting, we handle cloud and application security, not enterprise IT security broadly

You're looking for a single developer to fix a bug. We don’t do ad hoc engagements; we work in an architectural + consultative delivery process.

How an engagement works

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about your current infrastructure and integration landscape. What's working, what's breaking, and what the business needs that your technology can't deliver today. A solutions lead with deep engineering and cloud architecture experience will be present to give targeted, real-time feedback.

2

Scoped proposal

We come back with a plan. Whether we decide together, that's an infrastructure assessment, a cloud migration, an integration redesign, custom development, or managed services. Deliverables, timeline, investment, and risk mitigation are defined before any work starts.

3

Delivery

Architecture, migration, integration, development (whatever we define as priority) delivered alongside your engineering team. We build for reliability and extensibility, so your infrastructure makes it easier to add new capabilities as needs arise and customer expectations change.

FAQs

What cloud platforms do you work with?

We work across major cloud providers, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as platform-specific cloud environments like Salesforce and Adobe. We recommend the right infrastructure for your situation, including hybrid approaches when a full cloud migration isn't practical or necessary.

How does your engineering work connect to BPX's other capabilities?

Most engineering firms build infrastructure in isolation. We build the engineering and integration layer specifically to support your front-office stack. We view everything through the lens of systems of action, your CRM, marketing automation, commerce, service, content, and data. When BPX delivers a marketing automation implementation or a commerce build, our engineering team handles the integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure underneath. It's one team, end to end.

We've been burned by a migration before. How do you reduce the risk?

By deeply understanding your situation, environment, and constraints before migration. It’d be very easy to make a sweeping statement like “Phase approach, always.” The reality is that your production systems are a unique accumulation of time and labor. For migrations, generally, we always set out to assess workload complexity, map dependencies, build rollback plans, run parallel environments where possible, and test extensively before cutover. We also provide managed services post-migration so there's continuity through the transition. Many customers find reduced risk and value having the same team that built it be the team that supports it.

Can you build custom applications or do you only configure existing platforms?

Both. When off-the-shelf platforms cover the need, we configure and integrate them. When they don't (think  a customer portal with specific business logic, a bespoke workflow tool, a mobile application, etc.) we build it. However, we will always challenge you with long term considerations on that approach. Our development practice covers web, mobile, and API development.

What does Integration-as-a-Service mean?

It means we design, build, deploy, and manage your integrations as an ongoing service rather than a one-time project. This would be like having a set team handle middleware, API management, data mapping, error handling, and monitoring. You’d have the flexibility of scaling that up or down during major changes like when your business adds a new platform or data source. This way you get reliable, maintained connections without needing a full-time integration team internally.

How long does a cloud migration take?

It depends on scope. As a frame of reference, a single workload migration can be done in weeks. A full infrastructure migration across multiple environments could run 3-6 months, phased by priority and risk.

What happens after I fill out the contact form?

A solutions lead will reach out within one business day. No automated sequences. A direct conversation with someone who can speak to your specific technical environment.
