What is Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and do we need it?
Data Cloud is Salesforce's native platform for unifying customer data from any source into a single, actionable profile. It’s also the data foundation for Agentforce (Salesforce’s Agentic Solution across platforms). If you're on Salesforce and struggling with fragmented customer data, this is likely the right foundation. We help you evaluate whether it fits your stack and implement it if it does.
How is this different from buying a CDP?
A CDP ingests and stores data. Data Cloud does that, but it also activates directly inside your Salesforce ecosystem (often with zero-click integrations). So your sales reps, service agents, and marketing automations can act on unified data from one view. We build the architecture that makes that activation seamless.
How long does a data unification project take?
A data architecture assessment runs 3-4 weeks. A Data Cloud implementation depends on the number of source systems and complexity of identity resolution. We phase it so you're seeing value early, not waiting for a big-bang go-live.
