What work management platforms do you implement?

Our deepest expertise is in Adobe Workfront, but we work across platforms and recommend the right tool for your environment. If you already have a work management tool that isn't performing, we can also assess and optimize what's in place.

How is this different from just buying Workfront or another tool and setting it up ourselves?

The platform is maybe 30% of the solution. The other 70% is process design, workflow architecture, integrations with your broader stack, and change management to drive adoption. Most failed work management rollouts fail because the tool was configured to a generic template instead of how your organization needs to work.

Can you connect work management to our marketing automation and CRM?

Yes! (And we’d often recommend it!) When your work management platform is connected to Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, your DAM, or your content systems, you eliminate the manual handoffs that slow everything down. A campaign approved in Workfront can trigger asset delivery, audience segmentation, and launch workflows automatically.

Our teams are resistant to new tools. How do you handle adoption?

This is the number one risk in any work management project, so we plan for it from day one. We use a structured change management approach informed by PROSCI. The goal is to make the new way of working easier than the old way.

We already have a work management tool but nobody uses it properly. Can you help?

Yes. In this approach, we’d audit your current setup, identify why adoption stalled (usually a combination of poor configuration, missing integrations, and no change management), and either restructure what's in place or recommend a migration if the platform isn't the right fit.
